A sailing yacht under way at dusk

Build

A new build is a three-year relationship with a shipyard. We make sure it stays a good one.

From concept to delivery

  1. Concept

Use profile, size band, yard shortlist and a budget corridor that survives contact with reality. This phase costs weeks and saves years.

  2. Design & contract

Naval architect, designer and yard aligned under a build contract whose milestones protect you, negotiated by people who have sat on both sides.

  3. Build supervision

An owner’s representative at the yard, monthly reporting you can actually read, and decisions escalated before they become steel.

  4. Delivery & first season

Sea trials, snagging, crew recruitment and the shakedown season, run so the yacht arrives in your life finished.

Our owner's rep argued with the yard so we never had to. The boat was late by nine days, not nine months.
