What we collect

When you send an enquiry or subscribe to our letters, we store the details you give us: name, contact details and the content of your message. We collect nothing silently; this site sets no marketing cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings, charters or valuations you have asked for, and, if you have subscribed, to send occasional letters. The legal bases are contract initiation and consent (Art. 6 GDPR).

Sharing

Your data is never sold. It is shared only where a transaction you asked for requires it: with a yard, a captain, a surveyor or a lawyer, and always sparingly.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via office@balanceyachting.com. You may unsubscribe from the letters with one click, or one reply.
